Let us start with Marten, who proudly works at Koninklijke Tichelaar for about 10 years now. He is responsible for creating a smooth production process. This includes giving instructions, dividing tasks, checking the quality of projects, and helping where needed. But his biggest passion is the craft of glazing. The project he is most proud of is the Vicarage Gate House. As it was quite a challenge, but the end result was beyond imagination. 

Marten sees a bright future ahead for Koninklijke Tichelaar, with a focus on innovation and durability. And he likes to keep contributing to developing prestigious ceramic applications that find a home all around the globe.
